Qualification Criteria

  1. Must provide proof of income that equals three times the monthly rent or a total debt ratio that does not exceed 40% including new lease amount
        a. If self-employed, must provide the last years’ federal income tax returns.
  2. No prior evictions or money owed to a previous property management company
  3. Satisfactory credit report
  4. We will not accept a reusable tenant screening report
